One conversation, no obligation. We look at your situation, tell you honestly whether planning will pay for itself, and show you what working together would actually look like.
Book Your Free ConsultationYou pick a time on the calendar or send a short note about your situation. Either way, you get a reply confirming the details within one business day.
Before the meeting we ask for a small amount of context so the conversation is not spent on basics. Nothing sensitive, and nothing you need to dig for.
After the conversation, if there is a reason to work together, you get a clear scope and a quoted fee before any work starts. If there is not, you get an honest answer and a sensible direction to go instead.
We start with where you are: how the business is structured, how you pay yourself, what the income picture looks like, and what is coming up in the next year or two that has money attached to it.
From there we point at the areas most likely to matter for you - entity structure, compensation, retirement funding, timing of income and purchases, and how the California layer interacts with the federal one. The goal is a real read on the size of the opportunity, not a sales pitch.
You leave the conversation knowing what planning would involve, what it would cost, and whether it makes sense in your situation. Deciding to think about it is a perfectly good outcome.
None of this is required, but the more of it you have on hand, the more specific the first conversation can be.
Business and personal, most recent year filed. This is where most of the planning opportunities become visible.
Entity type, ownership split, and how you currently take money out of the business.
Approximate business profit and household income for this year. Estimates are fine - we are sizing the opportunity, not filing anything.
A property purchase, an equipment buy, a hire, a raise, a sale, or anything else with a number attached in the next 12 to 24 months.
Whatever has been nagging at you about your taxes. The specific questions usually get to the point faster than a general overview.
The firm is built for business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals whose finances have real moving parts. If your tax picture is straightforward and stable, planning may not earn back its cost, and we would rather say so than take the engagement.
We are also a fit if you already have a CPA you like but have never been given a plan. Plenty of clients arrive that way, and there is no requirement to move everything at once.
Our office is at 21515 Hawthorne Blvd. Ste 200, Torrance, CA 90503, and the firm serves the South Bay and clients throughout California.
Meetings are held over video, documents move through a secure portal, and signatures are handled electronically. Wherever you are in the state, the engagement runs the same way.
Please keep sensitive details such as Social Security numbers out of any first message. Once we are working together, everything moves through the secure portal instead.
If you would rather read first, these two pages cover most of what people ask about.

Book Your Free Consultation No pressure, no obligation. Just clarity.About 30 minutes. That is enough to understand your structure and income picture, point at the areas most likely to produce savings, and give you a straight answer on whether planning is worth it for you.
No. Meetings are held over video by default, with a secure portal for documents and e-signatures. Our office is in Torrance if you would rather meet there, but nothing about the engagement requires it.
The first conversation carries no obligation. If there is a reason to work together, we quote the scope and the fee before any work begins, so you know what you are agreeing to before you agree to it.
Yes, and it is common. Many clients keep an existing relationship for filing at first and bring us in for planning, then consolidate later if it makes sense. We will tell you plainly if you are already well served where you are.
